ATHLYST Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ATHLYST website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

3. Products

ATHLYST sells made-to-order athletic wear printed on demand. Product images are for illustration; actual colors and print placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and the manufacturing process. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. Payment is charged at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Because items are produced on demand, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. ATHLYST is not liable for carrier delays once an order leaves our facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the ATHLYST name, logo, designs, graphics, and text — is the property of ATHLYST and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or designs without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit false information. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site may rely on or link to third-party services (payment processors, print-on-demand suppliers, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHLYST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ATHLYST harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.
